The company entity AnalyticOne UG was founded in 2020 as a side project. In 2022, the AN1X.com Team decided it is time to go full-time on this journey and offer a broad set of services in the technology and strategy consulting space. 

It was decided to change legal entity to GmbH in March 2023. This process is currently ongoing.
